Please do send the product back within 7 days of receiving the product or it's not eligible for exchange. If an exchange request isnt received on mail contact@gymxapparel.com within 24 hours of delivery, your product is not eligible for exchange. Products must be in new condition (unwashed) with all the tags intact. Defective products must be notified to us via email with picture proof within 4 hours of delivery or it's considered defect free. To save time- you can drop an email for exchange and directly ship it back to the address mentioned above. An executive will be in touch during exchange via email.
All emails must be addressed to contact@gymxapparel.com with the product. By ordering from GymX, you agree with our policies listed on the website.

All digital assets on or associated with GymX website is copy right and any duplication is a punishable offence by law.
Terms & Conditions and Agreement
GymX Merchandise LLP (refered as “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, "GymX") respects the privacy of its users accessing its website at www.gymxapparel.com / www.gymx.co.in/ www.gymxapparel.in (“Website”).
This is to state an agreement between us and "you", the person placing order(s)/information on www.gymxapparel.com /www.gymx.co.in/ www.gymxapparel.in (also known as customer) or any stakeholder involved with GymX or with any sales agent of GymX. This includes B2B/Bulk/Customize orders.
GymX is an online ecommerce store and customer is a user who purchases goods from our website or any of the mediums provided on the website or it's digital assets described below.
By ordering from GymX or through any of its sources such as whatsapp numbers/ official email id/ meta ads and page/ contact@gymxapparel.com or any other asset owned by GymX, you accept the terms in this page and our privacy policy, , refund and exchange policies listed on the website. Customer agrees that by ordering he has read and agreed to all the policies listed on the website www.gymxapparel.in / www.gymxapparel.com .
GymX reserves the right to accept/reject orders.
Exchange- It is customer's responsibility to send the product back safely to GymX Address with it's name and number. It must be sent in new condition and within 7 days of customer receiving the product (GymX must receive the product within 7 days of delivery to the customer, regardless of whether the customer has self-shipped it or GymX has arranged a reverse pickup). Courier charges are non refundable. If these details are missing, we cannot process your exchange. Please keep a packaging video during your reverse pickup packaging experience as a proof that you're sending the correct product. If we receive a wrong product and you dont have a video proof, you accept that you're not entitled for any compensation. Reverse Pickups are handled by a third party courier and we dont have a control over it's timeline. The customer can send the product back itself, if he requires an urgent exchange. GymX only allows exchange and has refund in your GymX wallet only via email. Only refund is possible via store credit, where in you can order a product of the same value from us (once you return the original products). Customer must request for store credit refund via email or could exchange the product for same value. Store credit refund comes in the form of a coupon code of the same value he paid on the website to purchase a product. This store credit can be used to purchase some other product of the same value. This is the only form of refund we allow.

Mobile numbers listed on the website are meant for purchase enquiries only. If you do not mail us regarding damage/wrong product/ shortage of a product or any other issue, it won't be accounted in the timelines stated in the page. For damage proof send pics along with clear uncut unpacking video. These instructions are also for bulk/ customize orders.
All communication regarding exchange must be addressed to the above email. Contacting through whatsapp or any other source might delay the exchange process.
Exchange can be done only once & Reverse pickup charges are borne by customer which is Rs.150. Exchanges are sent out on first cum first serve. basis which could delay your exchange and the customer agrees to this.No compensation will be made for any delay of exchanges.. If your product is sold out, please choose another product or seek store credit refund.
If reverse pick up is not available in your region, kindly send the product back to our address. We will exchange the product but no refund will be made.
Exchange orders time frame depends on when GymX receives your product and the availability of the requested product after it reaches gymx warehouse. During exchange, if your size isnt available, you agree to choose another product or opt for refund via store credit.
Due to lighting conditions, or phone screens, products might appear different from screen to screen. Also measurements of the products might have slight variance from the website size chart and you agree to this.
If your product is sold out and you've sent your product for exchange you must choose a different product of same value. There's no refund (other than store credit) for any order (including COD, card payment, wallet, upi, payu or any other payment mode) but exchange is available. If you choose a product of higher value, we'll collect the difference via COD/paytm/online payment. COD orders incur additional charges. Discount codes cannot be clubbed in exchange orders. If you choose a product of lower value, the difference will added to your store credit which you could avail in your future order (within one month).
If you ordered the product via online payment/payu, no refund or chargeback facilities are given. However, we do exchange. Refund only via store credit is possible. If your ordered product isnt available for any reason you accept in such a rare event you would accept a store credit. If you place an order in prepaid mode and would like to cancel even before the product is shipped, you're eligible for store credit only. No other modes of refund is possible.
Indemnity:Customer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold GymX, its director, partners, officers, employees, service providers, and agents harmless from and against claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, interest, damages, missed revenue, opportunities and expenses of any nature whatsoever (including all legal and other costs, charges and expenses) incurred by the customer.
If there are any legal proceedings initiated against GymX by you or any stake holder involved with you, customer/user bears the entire cost of the proceedings including but not limited to all GymX costs, employee cost and any other costs associated with legal proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in the English language, and the seat of the arbitration shall be at Mumbai. The courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. GymX is not liable to pay any compensation to any customer in any circumstances and customer agrees to this by purchasing from GymX.
If you ordered the product and paid via online payment/payu/google pay/phone pe/neft or any other source, no refund or chargeback facilities are given. Refund only via store credit is possible.
If you placed order in cod you might be contacted for online payment in the above sources. Any online/advance payments must be paid only to accounts holding the name: GymX Merchandise LLP. By ordering from GymX, you confirm that you're aware of this. Payment to any other accounts is not the responsibility of GymX. You are paying at your sole discretion. You understand that your shipment is dispatched by third party courier services and if your shipment is lost, damaged, returned, delayed, misrouted, out of delivery area for any reason, you do not hold GymX accountable for any loss in any form. You agree you will directly contact the courier company.
In rare instances, you agree that by ordering from gymx you may encounter delay in receiving the product.
Once product is dispatched it is your responsibility to receive the product. GymX holds no responsibility if the product is received by someone else. You will need to contact the courier company directly.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange due to extremely low prices. Incase the customer still wants to exchange, he needs to send the product back to gymx (at his expense) and also pay Rs.100 for delivery to him. Customer must check if the size he wants in exchange is available on website after gymx receives customer's original product in gymx's warehouse. If customer's desired size isnt available, customer acknowledges to accept store credit refund.
Defects/Product Shortage/ Wrong product received: If you believe you've received a defective /wrong product or few quantity(s) short or defective/wrong packaging, you must share an unboxing video in front of courier boy and take his sign with a note stating the above and email us at contact@gymxapparel.com within 4 hours of delivery to be eligible for investigation (any other videos will be considered invalid) Beyond this timeline, it is assumed that the customer has received the correct product. If the video clearly shows it's an incorrect product, the customer agrees that gymx will replace it with the correct product (if available) or arrange a store credit. The replacement will occur only once GymX receives the wrong product in it's warehouse. GymX will hold the final say in this decision.
GymX holds no liability to you under any circumstances. Any order with GymX ( Bulk, customize, B2C etc) are non refundable. Bulk/wholesale orders cannot be exchanged in any circumstances. Bulk/B2B/ Customize orders can only be dispatched once full payment is received in GymX Account. If your order or bulk order is damaged or lost after shipping, customer agrees to claim the loss from it's own insurance company and not seek any compensation from GymX. Customers and visitors on website also agree to browse on our website as per the terms and conditions listed on the website.
Model/Photoshoots/Stakeholders: All model photoshoots are paid by GymX and the model involved agrees that the content of the photoshoot is solely owned and promoted by GymX endlessly in whichever form/manner GymX feels fit. By modelling with GymX, the model agrees to these terms and conditions and gives GymX the rights of the pictures/videos endlessly.
If your prepaid order shows delivered but you've not received kindly update us in 4 hours (within 4 hours of tracking showing delivered) for investigation or it'll be considered delivered.
Masks are non refundable and cannot be exchanged due to safety reasons.
Copying any products/images associated with GymX or it's other properties is a punishable offence We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time and you agree to this.
Prepaid orders take 2-3 days to deliver but delivery time also depends on location, which may take longer. You agree that in exceptional cases your shipment may take few extra days for dispatch.
GymX does ship internationally as well however the customer will bear the shipping charges for which the customer will be contacted after placing the order. You, the customer agree that if you undergo any financial/psychological or any damage of any form during your experience at GymX, you understand and agree it is purely unintentional and GymX isnt liable to pay you or any stakeholders/lawyers etc connected to you, any compensation or demand in any form. You understand that you're placing the order on the website out of your own will and will bind by all the policies stated on the website. You agree not to demand any compensation due to any losses incurred by you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GymX Merchandise LLP and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees and any stakeholders connected to GymX, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party or you arising during or post your relationship with GymX. GymX reserves the right to change the terms and conditions anytime.
By placing an order you agree to hold the company GymX merchandise llp harmless in all situations and are willing to pay for any legal proceedings against us (initiated by you or any stakeholder involved with you) including cost incurred by gymx and their directors/staff/legal fee etc. By ordering from GymX or any it's assets, customer agrees to all GymX Policies stated in the website.
